This is the blog of Michael-John Turner, a South African-born geek currently living in Surrey in the United Kingdom. I typically blog about technology-related issues, most often with a Unix/open source bent – as the title suggests, this is the blog of another random geek :-)

By day I consult as an independent SAP NetWeaver architect and NetWeaver PI/SOA middleware consultant, by night I tinker with non-x86 hardware (particularly machines made by Sun Microsystems) and hack on NetBSD and Debian GNU/Linux.

You can find out a bit more about me via my home page. Feel free to mail me if you have any comments or suggestions or even if you just want to say hi.
